David M. Levine


A founding member of the firm, Mr. Levine heads the Property Management Section. Mr. Levine concentrates his practice in the representation of property management clients, specializing in apartment law and manufactured housing. He counsels clients in all aspects of property management, including the negotiation of broadband and communication service agreements.

Mr. Levine graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Social Science in 1969. He was a member of Zeta Beta Tau fraternity. He earned a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1972, where he was Articles Editor for the Law Review and a member of Phi Alpha Delta.

A member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association, Mr. Levine is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is also a member of the Michigan Manufactured Housing Association.

Mr. Levine assisted in the drafting of Michigan’s Just Cause for Eviction statute for manufactured home communities, and served on the committee which drafted Florida’s Mobile Home Act. Mr. Levine has also served as President of Temple Shir Shalom in West Bloomfield.
