Michael P. Swistak

Michael Swistak is a member of the Corporate and Real Estate Section. He represents and counsels clients in a diversity of civil litigation, with an emphasis on real estate disputes. Mr. Swistak attended James Madison College at Michigan State University, receiving his B.A. degree in 2001.  He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Society.  While at Michigan State he was a member of the varsity hockey team.

Mr. Swistak graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2004.  At DePaul, Michael was a member of the Moot Court Society.  He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Illinois, Michigan, and Florida, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Michigan.  Mr. Swistak is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Michigan Bar Association, and is active in their Real Property Sections.
