Jay L. Swistak

Jay Swistak is an associate in the firm’s Delray Beach, Florida office and a member of the Corporate and Real Estate Section.   Mr. Swistak is a 2003 graduate of the University of Michigan, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree.  He played varsity hockey for the University of Michigan.  While at U of M he was named to the Academic All Big Ten Conference Team and received the Alton D. Simms Award.  Mr. Swistak graduated from John Marshall School of Law in Chicago, Illinois in 2006.  He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Florida, is a member of the Florida State Bar Association, and is active in its Real Property Section.  Jay represents and counsels clients in real estate litigation and property management matters.
